About the Accommodation

Our two-room apartments type BC are located on the ground floor of terraced houses and are the perfect solution for small children.

The apartments of this type can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (0-12 years of age).

This two-room apartments consist of a kitchen – living room, where you will find a double sofa bed, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, with includes a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and and all one might need for cooking.

The apartments also have a bedroom with double bed and chair bed, a bathroom, equipped with toilet, shower and hairdryer and finally a private, partly covered terrace with table and chairs for eating outside.

Some apartments of this type are suitable for guests with disabilities. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

WiFi is free of charge and available in commons areas, only.

Air conditioning is not included in the price: €8.00 per day in the two-room apartment BC, €10.00 per day in the three-room apartment TC (to be paid on site).

Coin-operated washing machines are available (1 token €4.00).

PETS

It is possible to bring pets by prior agreement at the time of booking. Pets are only allowed in the two-room and three-room apartments on the ground floor, in compliance with the rules of the structure (they are not allowed in the pool area; Dogs must always be on a leash or in your arms) and paying a supplement per stay of €30 ,00 (on site).


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. Within this period, the customer must pay the balance of the stay.
