About the Accommodation

Our three-room apartments type TC are located at the ground floor of terraced houses and are perfect for families traveling with small children.

The apartments of this type can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children (0-12 years of age).

This three-room apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed and chair bed and a bedroom with a double bed or, alternatively, with two single beds.

They also include a kitchen – living room, where our guests will find a double sofa bed, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and all one might need for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and hairdryer.

Finally, these apartments feature a private, partly covered terrace, with table and chairs for eating outside.

WiFi is free of charge and available in commons areas, only.

Air conditioning is not included in the price: €8.00 per day in the two-room apartment BC, €10.00 per day in the three-room apartment TC (to be paid on site).

Coin-operated washing machines are available (1 token €4.00).

• final cleaning and sanitization (additional daily cleaning available for a fee);
• linen (sheets, 3 towels for each person, a tablecloth and a tea towel): for stays of at least 10 days, a complete change is provided at the end of the first week;
• use of parking;
• use of swimming pools;
• municipal tourist tax.

Extra linen change: € 15.00 for 2 people, € 25.00 for 4 people.

Hybrid and electric car charging available for a fee on site: € 0.60/kw.

PETS

It is possible to bring pets by prior agreement at the time of booking. Pets are only allowed in the two-room and three-room apartments on the ground floor, in compliance with the rules of the structure (they are not allowed in the pool area; Dogs must always be on a leash or in your arms) and paying a supplement per stay of €30 ,00 (on site).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. Within this period, the customer must pay the balance of the stay.
