The tourist tax, unless changed by the Piombino City Council, is EUR 1.5 per night per person (excluding children under 12) and is in effect from June 1 to September 30 each year.
SMOKING POLICY: Please note that the entire facility is NO SMOKING - FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house even if you keep the windows open. It is possible to smoke by going out on the balcony. The entire house is equipped with smoke and CO2 detectors. Penalties will be taken in case of violation of the NO SMOKING conduct.
PARKING: There are some free unattended parking lots on the street and some paid parking lots.
